What makes JAC different?

Honesty is still the best policy

If you have tried looking for a contractor before or if you have hired a contractor before, it does not take long to notice there are a number of contractors to choose from. The question you ask yourself is, "how can I possibly choose someone, I don't even know?"

There was a time where a contractor and homeowner would verbally discuss a project and a handshake was all it took to get the project started. Although it has always been a practice here at JAC to look for the best in everybody, we all appreciate a little security when it comes to our homes and our finances. This is why every project is itemized out and exact costs are presented in the FREE estimates we provide. No one wants to be surprised before, during or after a project by what was or was not included in the estimate. Honesty and integrity along with craftmanship are the core values of this company.

When can we get started?

This is the question I field many times a week. I have always told people to be wary of contractors that say they can get started tomorrow. We make it a priority to start your project as soon as possible but do not rush through other projects to get to the next. This ensures that equal attention to detail is given for all projects.

Illinois or Missouri?

Yes! We work on both sides of the River and service the greater Saint Louis Metropolitan area as well as The Metro East.

How does JAC compare to other company's costs?

Every project is different. Every product varies in costs based on availability, but if we can save you money, we will. At JAC you will NOT pay mark up on any building products. The cost we pay for materials is the cost that you, the client, pay for all building materials. If a certain vendor offers a contractor discount, that is passed along to you. My job is to make your home beautiful and be compensated for excellent work, not for selling building products. This philosophy has helped us to be very competitive in our pricing. We may not always be the most inexpensive, but we strive to fit every budget. We often explore other cost saving measures with clients by simple redesigns or changes in products to receive the best price possible without compromising quality or craftsmanship.
